He sighed and placed the guitar on the steps next to him. It just wasn't the same... Before he felt like she was listening. Now it was just empty horizons.

It was depressing, knowing she'd not have a chance to see him for a long time. She threw the half eaten banana away, sulked up to her room, and locked the door behind her.

He left his guitar on the porch and headed inside and to the basement. He sat and watched his pet rabbit, Ginger, hop around her cage. "I'll never see her again..." he said to himself. Ginger stopped and turned to face him, as if she was listening.

She took out her journal, feeling the urge to write a note to her parents.

i'm thinking their parents should catch them together making out or something xP cheesy, i know.

He stared at the wall, not sure of what to do. He was at battle within himself. Do I be their perfect son, or be myself?

"It's perfect, I just wish I could work up the courage to show them."

He stood up. What the hell... You only live once. He grabbed his phone and put it in his pocket, making his way up the stairs and out the front door.

She got dressed, and slipped on shoes. She walked quickly out the door, and toward Haru's house.

He ran his hand trhough his hair, pushing it our of his face. He walked down the sidewalk, rounding the corner onto Lilian's street.

"H-Haru!"

He looked up and spotted her. "Hi, Lilian." He closed the distance between them. "Listen, I'm really sorry about all the trouble I've caused and -" he stared into her eyes.

"I-it's my fault anyway, if I hadn't bothered going back to your house..." she said, looking back.

"No... I'm so happy to see you again," he smiled.

"Me too." Lilian said, tucking her hair behind her ear.

"And I know we just met two days ago but..."

"I-I..like you."

I like you, too.... And I don't want our parents to come between us..." he leaned in closer.

"Me neither." she replied, intertwining her hand with his.

He held her hand in his and stared into her eyes. He leaned in and kissed her gently.

She kissed back, cloosing her eyes.

One hand holding hers, the other lingered on the back of her neck. He was floating on air right now; enveloped in pure happiness.

"Lilian!" Perfect moment ruined.

He jumped, instantly pulling away and letting go of her hand. His eyes widened. He couldn't believe he caused even more trouble for her.
"Haru," his father said gruffly. Ah, ship...
